Near & Far Infra-Red-Light Therapy is a process of emitting light wavelengths through the skin to stimulate your body's natural healing and regeneration processes. Red light therapy activates the “power plant” in your body’s cells called mitochondria. With more energy, other cells can do their work more efficiently, such as reducing inflammation, repairing tissue, boosting new cell growth, stimulating collagen production, reducing joint pain and stiffness and much more.

Shockwave: Myofascial Acoustic Compression Therapy (MyACT) is widely used in the treatment of acute and chronic pain in muscles, tendons and joints. It works by delivering focused shock waves directly to the specific area of the body experiencing pain. Research show that this exciting new therapy promotes natural healing for many orthopedic injuries without a costly and invasive surgery.

Whole Body Vibration: During traditional exercise, muscles contract 1-2 times per second as opposed to 30 contractions per second while using a vibration machine. WBV makes your body work harder and eventually, the muscles around the joints grow stronger. Over time, you’ll notice that your balance, coordination, posture, and flexibility have improved.

I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2008 and specialize in deep tissue. In fact, I’m at my best when that is the only thing on my schedule. I actually don’t work out with people that just want swedish. People say My Touch is heavy-handed even when I don’t try to be. I find I have a niche clientele, but those that become my clients stay with me for years. I’ve had some clients for over 10 years.
